Enroute Transportation LLC

Reservations & Payment

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.

A valid credit or debit card is required to secure all bookings. By providing payment information, the client authorizes Enroute Transportation LLC to place an authorization hold or process charges in accordance with the terms outlined below.

Fares are based on estimated mileage, time, and service type. Final charges may vary due to:

  • Additional stops
  • Waiting time
  • Route changes
  • Tolls or parking fees
  • Extended service duration

The final amount charged will reflect the total services rendered.

Authorization Holds

Enroute Transportation LLC may place a temporary authorization hold on the client's card for the estimated total fare prior to service.

An authorization hold is not a completed charge. It temporarily reserves funds and will either:

  • Be captured for the final total upon completion of service, or
  • Be released in accordance with the cancellation policy below.

Authorization holds are typically valid for up to seven (7) days, depending on the card issuer.

If the final total is less than the authorized amount, only the final total will be captured and any remaining balance will be automatically released by the card issuer.

Deposits

Certain reservations, including but not limited to special events, holidays, prom season, large group bookings, or high-demand dates, may require a non-refundable deposit.

Deposit requirements will be clearly disclosed at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted via written communication (text or email confirmation).

Standard Reservations

  • Cancellations made at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled pickup time will not be charged.
  • Cancellations made within twenty-four (24) hours of the scheduled pickup time may result in a charge up to the full estimated fare.

No-Show Policy

Failure to appear at the scheduled pickup location without prior communication will result in a full charge of the reserved service.

Hourly & Event Bookings

Cancellations made within seventy-two (72) hours of scheduled service may result in forfeiture of deposit or full charge, depending on the terms agreed upon at booking.

Airport Transfers

Flight delays will be accommodated when accurate flight information is provided at booking. Cancellations must occur prior to driver dispatch to avoid applicable charges.

Waiting Time

A fifteen (15) minute grace period is included for non-airport pickups.

Airport pickups include:

  • Thirty (30) minutes for domestic arrivals
  • Forty-five (45) minutes for international arrivals

Additional waiting time beyond the grace period will be billed at the applicable hourly rate.

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers during service. Cleaning, repair, or excessive wear fees may be charged to the card on file.

Smoking, illegal activity, or unsafe behavior inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of service without refund.

Charge Authorization

By booking service, the client authorizes Enroute Transportation LLC to charge the card on file for:

  • Final service totals
  • Cancellation fees
  • Waiting time charges
  • Damage or cleaning fees (if applicable)

Acceptance of Terms

By booking service with Enroute Transportation LLC, whether through our website, phone, text, email, or any other means, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Your use of our services constitutes acceptance of all policies outlined above. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not book our services.
